A new workshop exploring the value of working with ritual and attuning to Nature’s seasons in your practice.
UKCP reg. psychotherapist & facilitator
“In real life, happy endings are a rarity. Sometimes you have to take a break; make peace with yourself, and move forward.
A consciously executed ending provides proper closure.”
As individuals developing deeper relationships with ourselves, it becomes possible to reclaim our capacity to safely experience the child-like qualities of wonder and curiosity and feel at home in a group. Regaining trust that we have our own unique place in the family of things and that we are not alone can be a powerful inspiration to those we work with.
As the leaves begin to colour and fall, Nature reveals its connection to all phases of the cycle here at The Turning Point, the buds for the surrounding trees’ future are set. The promise of another year, seemingly a long way ahead, is already present, as the current one closes. Indeed, those tiny buds assist the letting go of the old, once vital but now spent, foliage.
As humans, the potential of what can be achieved is limited only by our imagination; our commitment of the time required to bring about change and the development of will which personal achievement requires.
What do you choose to release from your past experiences?
What are you dreaming of beginning?
Location: Establishing a stronger relationship with Nature’s primal qualities is made easy at The Turning Point because of its established and conscious relationship with the Earth surrounded by natural woodland and overlooking the sea.
Attendance: Ritual has been, since the dawn of humanity, a primal and powerful means of supporting the process of deepening our individual connection to our hearts and with our bodies.
Please join us to experience Annie’s unique approach to psychotherapy and take the chance to explore your creativity. The day will include group work, individual time, respectful sharing and Katrina’s delicious food.
This day promises to be a nourishing experience for both body and soul which hopefully brings us closer to the environmental awareness which is so undeniably needed. The power of individuation is arguably one of our greatest tools as we face the global political climate so at odds with the environment.
